Before starting services, I am happy to offer a free 15-30 minute consultation to better get to know one another and see if we are a good fit. I offer a range of session lengths to better customize the experience for my clients. All rates listed are for for cash pay clients. Sliding scale cash rates are available ranging from $50-175 as available.

I also currently work with a select number of insurance carriers and plans including Aetna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, and Quest Behavioral Health. Additionally, I can provide documentation needed for individuals wishing to utilize out of network benfits if applicable.
