People come to therapy for a number of reasons. Maybe you want to manage symptoms of mental health distress, or maybe you want to explore the cause of why these symptoms occur. For some, it's about processing past traumas and finding growth opportunities. While for others, it's about leaning into an opportunity to learn about and love themselves.
